With over 15 years of teaching experience across secondary, further, and higher education, I understand the challenges teachers face in delivering engaging and relevant textiles lessons. As a former fashion designer, recognised among the UK’s top five contemporary designers, I bring real-world industry expertise into the classroom — blending creativity with practical teaching strategies.

I’ve taught fashion design, textiles, art, and design technology at every level, from KS3 through to degree courses. Over the years, I’ve developed frameworks, guided learners into top universities, and revitalised classes by making projects accessible, inspiring, and industry-connected. Alongside my classroom career, I’ve built a global audience as a YouTube fashion educator, with over 200 million views and a Silver Creator Award — proof of the worldwide demand for clear, practical, and inspiring textiles education.
